Thank you for your order. This policy explains where we ship, how much shipping costs, and how long delivery takes.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping methods

We ship via Royal Mail. At checkout you can choose between:

Royal Mail First Class — typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Second Class — typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Our shipping is untracked, so we are unable to provide tracking information for your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged by order weight, as follows:

0 – 0.5 kg	1 book	£4.25
0.5 – 1 kg	2 books	£5.15
1 – 2 kg	3 books	£6.25
2 – 10 kg	4–20 books	£8.05
10 – 20 kg	21–40 books	£12.45

The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at WhyIsraelBook@MaozIsrael.org and we'll do our best to help. Please note that, as our shipping is untracked, we are reliant on Royal Mail for updates on any delayed or missing items.

Damaged orders

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at WhyIsraelBook@MaozIsrael.org if a book arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. See our Return Policy for more details.
